Cancellation Policy At Radiant Beauty Studio, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens, and sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service total. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your service and will need to reschedule your appointment, which will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the 50% fee.
